We have just completed a detailed survey of this striking Grade II listed light house. Constructed in 1792 by Lord Braybrooke the light house appears as an incredibly solid structure – unfortunately its existence is being threatened by coastal erosion and Trinity House have reluctantly agreed that nature should be left to take its course.

Over the last 18 months we have been developing the content of an interactive website for the New South Wales National Parks and Wildlife service to provide virtual access to Lake Innes – a grand colonial estate built by Major Innes a charming but ultimately unlucky Scottish entrepreneur and settler of 1840s Australia.

An exclusive Savile Row business was looking to remodel and expand its evocative premises. We worked with the project architect to rapidly provide: sectional elevations throughout the retail floor to facilitate a refit; rights of light elevations and existing roof plans for the addition of office space above the existing roof; floor plans and elevations.

Owned by the National Trust, Rainham Hall is a perfectly formed merchant’s house of c.1710, richly decorated inside with marbling, graining, gilding and wall paintings.

Measured Surveys

Little Moreton Hall is the quintessential English black and white timber framed building. Grade I listed it is a gentry house which showcases decorative timber framing at its best. Constructed during the 16th century for wealthy landowners the Moreton family, the building was designed to impress.
